Approximately 700,000 people in Southeast Michigan don’t know where their next meal will come from. As unemployment rates rise, food is becoming one of the most pressing needs our region is facing – and the demand is outpacing the supply. United Way’s Agenda for Change is addressing the growing hunger issue in our community and helping individuals get the help they need. That is why I am asking you to support my personal efforts to raise money for United Way's work in hunger and food.
